COVID POLICY: a portion of our COVID Policy is shown here. Please review our Full COVID Policy prior to registering for camp onsite.

We continue to live in a COVID-19 pandemic, with additional influenza and RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) burdens that are straining hospital resources.

In Order to Keep Everyone SafeRisk Based Decision Making:

  1. If you are in a high-risk category or are in regular contact with someone who is, consider attending camp online.
  2. Assessment of risk is a uniquely individual undertaking, and we honor everyone’s bodily autonomy and decision-making process.

Before deciding to attend onsite / in person, we encourage you to:

  1. Be fully vaccinated, including a bivalent booster within 6 months of attending.
  2. Be willing to wear an N95 or KN95 mask during indoor gatherings (this is optional but subject to change).
  3. Be willing to test the morning Camp begins and possibly during camp and/or for several days prior to camp.
  4. Be willing to stay home and attend online if you are experiencing ANY signs of illness, or if you’ve been exposed to COVID in the previous two weeks.
  5. Be willing to leave and go home if you experience any signs of illness.
  6. Agree to conscientious hand cleanliness (frequent hand washing).
