Freya’s Bower
“All acts of Love and Pleasure are my rituals.”
The Bower is a place to, with awareness, embrace and offer our life force energy to the Mysterious Ones as an act of ecstatic joy and devotion. When we enter into states of bliss and deep connection, everything around us changes, transforms, heals.
There was a time when we knew the sacred arts of healing, celebration, and devotion through intimate connection. The ancients understood that love, pleasure, and spirit are sacred aspects of all human beings. They knew that sensuality is part of our divine birthright.
In our times, a primary challenge is to reclaim our connection to pleasure and intimacy, transforming and restoring it to a place of honor and sanctity. As Witches and priestexes, we know that the experience of merging and connecting—whether with ourselves, with one another, with the Mysterious Ones, with the green world, or with others across the realms—is a sacred and wondrous act.

The Bower is a space where we can reclaim our sensual selves. This camp is a place where people can express their connection to pleasure freely and authentically. It is also a space where people carry deep wounds and pain around intimacy and connection.
Here, you are free to say “no” as well as “yes,” and we honor and respect each other’s boundaries, spoken and unspoken. Feel free to come to the Bower alone or with others. You may wish to have a sacred discussion, engage in a healing ritual, share a massage, or explore other forms of heartfelt connection. Please be clear in communicating your intentions when you enter and while you are here.
When we enter into states of blissful connection, everything around us changes, transforms, heals. Blessed be.

Kat (they/she/tree), 2024-2026 on-site Bower Priestex: I came to Reclaiming because of my close relationship with Freya, the Fourfold One; she led me to camp and the Reclaiming community about 13 years ago. Since adolescence, I have had an unwavering commitment in the world: to build bridges between people and cultures. In the last decade, this commitment has been taking on a more intimate form through my work as a professional guide for people who are drawn to understand themselves more deeply as sensual and sexual beings in the world and in relation to others.
On the cuddly side of things, I have been a trust based touch professional and a mentor for other touch/cuddle-pros since 2016. On the sexy/relationship side of things, I have been an Experiential Sex and Relationship Coach since 2018 and most recently started hosting group workshops and community events in my home.
I have a personal interest in unwinding gender norms and socialization around touch and teaching people practical skills to negotiate and learn how to offer and receive touch and connection in less emotionally entangled ways so that they can feel less fear and more satiated, happy and soft in all areas of their lives. These skills can be transferred to all areas of life, including the erotic realms.
I am also passionate about helping those who feel called to understand their erotic selves, including an awareness of the role their personal traumas can play, on a path toward healing through the realm of eroticism. I am delighted to offer bite-sized pieces of this work in our community at WWC and hold space for others to make offerings in their areas of expertise related to the Bower as well.

Vesper Amanita (it/they), 2026 on-site Bower Priestex
On the path to find the Beloved, the Seeker forever turns to find themselves wrapped in the divine love of their own arms.
Vesper is a person who does many things but all with the same goal in mind: connection, freedom, and repair. Their work has taken them to the streets and stone circles, and in each place, they have found resilience and tenderness wrapped up in an inseparable web. Whether it is in witness to a mystical experience, the rallying chants of protesters, or the in sensual chambers of our temples they have found the shining and terrible realness of humanity locked within each experience.
With extensive knowledge in sexual health education, ritual arts, and death work, Vesper has spanned the lifetime of the human experience in their tending work. They are the Secretary of Golden Thread O.T.O., a main organizer of Reclaiming Pittsburgh, and a founding member of Return to Stardust Death Care Collective. Vesper is also a meditator, master gardener, and artist and these joys permeate the work of their life. With enthusiasm, honesty, and wisdom Vesper is delighted to weave sensuous spaces and empower people to seek their pleasure and joy in all things.
