We hold a monthly meeting we call the Broader Community Meeting where anyone who has been to a Winter Witchcamp, or is interested in joining our community or coming to camp, is welcome to attend. We discuss whatever is needed and make decisions by consensus about camp, money, and community. These are on the 4th Sunday of every month from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. central (Minneapolis) time. They are held remotely on Zoom. If you’re interested in joining us, please email WWCregister@gmail.com to get the Zoom link. We share information regularly on our email list, our Facebook group, and our Discord space (contact us to connect to those). Upcoming meeting dates are Nov 24 and Dec 22, 2024, Jan 26, Feb 23, March 23, April 27, 2025.

At our Broader Community meeting in March of 2023 we decided the following: Recognizing that community decision making requires time and dedication, we invite anyone to participate in the consensus process who: Supports the Reclaiming Principles of Unity, has been to WWC at least once (including the 2023 Regathering), and is ready to demonstrate their commitment to the WWC community (acknowledging that commitment to community can be shown in multiple and many varied ways and may be further defined or discussed later).
