General Registration IS OPEN  as of  12pm CST on Saturday, September 23rd.

Early Registration for People of Color and Indigenous People was OPEN as of  12pm CST on Saturday, September 16th.

In 2017 camp filled the same day as registration opened.  We can’t predict if this will happen again for 2018, but please be prepared!

  • To register for Winter WitchCamp  complete the Registration form and click submit. It will probably take between 10 and 15 minutes. Please complete one form per  person.
  • Pay as You Can: This year, due to factors such as the new location, and the increased number of attendees to 100, our budget is a total of $38,500.  The average cost per camper including all people with roles like teachers and Weavers is $385. Our PAYC model means we have a suggested scale of $0 – $700. We encourage those who can, to contribute $474, based on the 23% difference between what folks paid on average vs. how much camp cost last year. Registration and Finances FAQ page and our page on How to Support Camp.
  • Space is limited.  When camp fills up we will begin a waiting list to fill any cancellations. We will work individually with campers who cancel and need to request a refund, and our process will take into account factors such as individual need, camp’s fundraising efforts, and camp attendance, with an ultimate goal of harmony for both camp and our campers.
  • Questions or concerns? Need assistance with registering? Email or leave a phone message at (320) 428-0193 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
