In selecting to work with Gullveig this year, our Continuity Committee was strongly inspired by an article by Maria Kvilhaug. Since the story we are working with comes from the Vǫluspá or Prophecy of the Seeress, the first poem of the Poetic Edda, we offer Gullveig: The Prophecy of the Witch as a title for this coming year’s work.
